These are perspective and/or isometric views of selected scenes in your building presented in sketches which show minimal material finishes.

3D View Pictures

These are perspective and/or isometric views of selected scenes in your building presented in picture format displaying specific and actual material finishes.

Why you require 3D Views

3D Views will assist you to visualise your complete house or part of it, verify constructability of sections of the building of fixings and to preview material finish selections.

Using a 3D views of a section through a building gives a better view of just what is going on inside the building.

Note however that 3D Views are not required by council for plan approval.
